3, PPR tube is easily degraded by ultraviolet radiation for a long time. The dark protective layer must be wrapped in the outdoor or direct sunlight.
4, PPR pipe should be connected with metal pipe or water heater by means of mechanical connection with threaded inserts or flanges. The rest should be connected by hot melt to make the pipeline integrated and no leakage point.
5, the linear expansion coefficient of the PPR tube is larger (0.15mm/m C). The technical measures to prevent the expansion and deformation of the pipe must be taken when the tube is installed or not directly buried.
6. The pipe must be pressed before the pipe is installed (directly buried) and cover decoration layer (non directly buried and dark compress). The pressure test pressure of cold water tube is 1.5 times of the working pressure of the system, but it should not be less than 1MPa, and the test pressure of the hot water pipe is 2 times as much as the working pressure, but it should not be less than 1.5MPa. The time of test pressure and the technical regulations of the method are stipulated.
7. When the PPR tube is applied clearly or not directly buried in the pipe, the support and hanger must be installed according to the regulations.
